Your coach has a university degree and has completed further education as a personal health coach at the University of Basel.

What does a coaching include?

Personal Coach

A certified Personal Health Coach motivates and accompanies you individually and develops solutions with you. We choose your coach according to your goals.

Coachingjournal

The coaching is documented by your coach in the personal coaching journal. In it you will receive knowledge recommendations, recipes, workouts, literature, etc. as well as support with exercise and nutrition planning.

1:1 coaching by phone or video

At regular intervals, you are in contact with your coach by telephone or video telephony. Together with the coach, you analyze your behavior and develop strategies to achieve your goals.

Coachingapp

Through the chat function of the caochingapp "docdok" you are always connected with your coach. Their coaching journal is stored on docdok and they can record their progress.

Assessment

You start your coaching with a holistic health analysis based on a questionnaire. Further site assessments are integrated into the coaching process.

Scientifically proven

The coaching is based on scientifically recognized behavior change techniques and was developed and tested at the University of Basel
